Açaí Berry Kombucha Smoothie - Bruno Albouze - The Real Deal
Açaí Kombucha Smoothie Recipe
1 cup (250g) almond, coconut or cashew milk
1 cup (250g) red fruit based kombucha
3 ounces (100g) frozen açai berry puree, preferably organic
1 ea. orange, peeled and cut into wedges, membranes and seeds removed
1 ea. banana, peeled and chopped
5 ounces (150g) frozen raspberries
5 ounces (150g) frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp (20g) chia seeds
Blue agave syrup to taste.
Cut frozen açai bar into 4 pieces. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more liquid if desired. Enjoy!
